Develop personas of the various customers of SawitPRO
Benchmark industry leading loyalty programs
Design and create the right loyalty program for SawitPRO customers’ to help retain customers and maximize the lifetime value of each customer to SawitPRO
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data and program performance metrics to derive insights, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives. Utilize these insights to develop strategies for optimizing the loyalty program's impact and improving customer experiences.
Program Adoption and Expansion: Develop strategies to drive program adoption among Palm Oil Industry participants, including Upstream and Midstream stakeholders. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure program integration and engagement across the value chain.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and operations teams, to align loyalty program initiatives with broader company goals. Work closely with external partners and vendors to enhance program offerings and ensure smooth program operations.
Program Communication and Training: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate and inform participants about the loyalty program, its benefits, and relevant updates. Provide training and support to internal teams and partners to ensure a consistent understanding and execution of loyalty program initiatives.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that the loyalty program adheres to legal and ethical guidelines, including data privacy regulations and industry best practices. Implement measures to protect customer data and maintain program integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing discipline is required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or loyalty program management, marketing, or related roles within the Palm Oil, Bank, FMCG, Automotive, Membership and Rewarding Industry
Palm oil industry knowledge would be helpful
Loyalty Program Management: Proven experience in designing and managing loyalty programs, preferably in the digital space. Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, data analytics, and CRM systems.
